In Project You, we help YOU ACHIEVE your goals and set healthy habits to last a lifetime. with emphasis on learning, fun, and results for both women and men.

The Group Training for ladies only takes place in a semi-private area with a personal trainer using a variety of training methods. Running personal training in groups gives added benefits; cost saving, more sociable, varied sessions and improved motivation.

We work with you outside of the gym on nutrition, sleep, hydration, steps and much more to ensure we’re achieving those goals!

Our Over 50s Small Group Training looks to improve health, flexibility, mobility and strength with a Personal Trainer. These are in group of 4-6 so you get a lot of guidance and attention.
