A really well equipped family run gym, plenty of equipment to choose from - dumbbells ranging from 2.5 kg all the way up to 65 kg!. A wide range of different exercise equipment - dedicated Cardio area - approachable staff willing to take the time and effort to answer any questions you may have regarding which equipment and any dietary information you may need to use for your particular aims. Started at The Pride Gym about a month ago after trying various local commercial gyms, I absolutely love it, there is every piece of equipment you could ever need as well as lovely staff, clean and tidy workout areas, well maintained facilities eg sun- bed, toilets etc! Our amazing team is committed to providing the best fitness experience, whether you’re in using the gym and making sure you know how to use a machine, or you’re in Project You and stuck on what to eat or how to squat - we got you!
Anxious about the gym? Crap isn’t it. But you’re here reading this, give yourself a pat on the back you’re in the right mindset and probably don’t even realise it! We have the most welcoming, community gym with unreal equipment and space. The next step? Giving us a call, walking through the door to chat or messaging us. You got this.
In our Project You programme you can expect results and

Training: We plan our training out a year in advance with a bunch of science, years of knowledge and experience to make sure you are transformed Every session is coached (not told) to ensure maximum effectiveness and progression whilst learning at the same time.

Coaching: Our team of PTs are the dogs nuts! We’ll provide continuous support, ensure your form and technique are spot on for optimal results and manage you with weekly check ins and availability for any questions.

Nutrition: Dieting is crap let’s be honest here. But what’s worse is being starved with dust on half a slice of toast for breakfast. So, we will guide you, give calorie targets and train you to eat healthily without sacrificing social and family events. What’s the point in looking amazing without showing it off?! So, that’s our aim. Teach, support, guide - not starve.

Community: Stay motivated with a group of people who are all in the same boat that holds you accountable and celebrates your successes.

Flexibility: Work, kids, life and just the other ‘meh’ stuff can get in the way or you and what you want to achieve. So, we offer a variety of session times to fit seamlessly into your busy lifestyle with early mornings, mid mornings and evenings. You don’t have to commit to a certain time and mix and match.

Progress Tracking: With regular assessments, we monitor your progress and adapt your plan to keep you on track towards your goals.
Holistic Approach: Our programmes extend beyond the gym, focusing on overall wellness to ensure sustainable lifestyle changes.

How much does it cost?

If you are looking for a fitness solution based purely on price we may be the wrong fit for you. Sounds savage? A bit maybe but it's true. We want people who are serious about making a change. We're not expensive (in our eyes), we believe in delivering exceptional value, our prices work out at £5 a session with scientifically programmed workouts, nutrition, check ins, accountability, education and more. Not too expensive right? Health is wealth.

Do I need to be fit before I start?

No. You can be fit, not fit, complete beginner. We programme in a way that all abilities are pushed relative to where they are. In no time you'll be a changed person - a happier one!

What time are the training sessions?

Loads of times and you can pick and choose the sessions based on your calendar. We have early mornings at 06:15, mid mornings 09:15 and loads of evening classes. You're not stuck to any one time with these.
