Our amazing team is committed to providing the best fitness experience, whether you’re in using the gym and making sure you know how to use a machine, or you’re in Project You and stuck on what to eat or how to squat - we got you!

In our Project You programme you can expect results and
Training: We plan our training out a year in advance with a bunch of science, years of knowledge and experience to make sure you are transformed Every session is coached (not told) to ensure maximum effectiveness and progression whilst learning at the same time.
Coaching: Our team of PTs are the dogs nuts! We’ll provide continuous support, ensure your form and technique are spot on for optimal results and manage you with weekly check ins and availability for any questions.
Nutrition: Dieting is crap let’s be honest here. But what’s worse is being starved with dust on half a slice of toast for breakfast. So, we will guide you, give calorie targets and train you to eat healthily without sacrificing social and family events. What’s the point in looking amazing without showing it off?! So, that’s our aim. Teach, support, guide - not starve.
Community: Stay motivated with a group of people who are all in the same boat that holds you accountable and celebrates your successes.
Flexibility: Work, kids, life and just the other ‘meh’ stuff can get in the way or you and what you want to achieve. So, we offer a variety of session times to fit seamlessly into your busy lifestyle with early mornings, mid mornings and evenings. You don’t have to commit to a certain time and mix and match.
Progress Tracking: With regular assessments, we monitor your progress and adapt your plan to keep you on track towards your goals.
Holistic Approach: Our programmes extend beyond the gym, focusing on overall wellness to ensure sustainable lifestyle changes.
